1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Hobbster, 182-184 High Street North, Area 1/1, Suite 62HH, East Ham, London E6 2JA. Contact: info@hobbster.co.uk.

2. Who can enter
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible.

3. Promotion period
The giveaway opens at 00:01 (UK time) on Thursday 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Saturday 31 October 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

4. How to enter
No purchase is necessary. You can enter in any one of the following ways:

Sign up to Hobbster emails using a sign-up form on www.hobbster.co.uk during the promotion period.
Existing subscribers: anyone already subscribed to Hobbster marketing emails on 1st October 2026 is entered automatically, provided they are still subscribed at the Closing Date.
Free entry without joining our mailing list: email info@hobbster.co.uk with the subject line "Hoodie Giveaway" and your full name before the Closing Date. You will not be added to our mailing list.

All entry routes have an equal chance of winning. Only one entry per person is allowed, whichever route or routes you use. Entries made using multiple or false email addresses, or by automated means, will be disqualified.

5. The prize
There is one prize: one hoodie of the winner's choice from the Hobbster range, in any available size and colour, with a retail value of up to £45, including free delivery to a UK address. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If the chosen item is unavailable, the Promoter will offer a hoodie of equal or greater value. Because Hobbster products are printed to order, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery after the winner confirms their choice.

6. Welcome discount
New subscribers who sign up to Hobbster emails receive a one-time 15% discount code for their first order. The welcome discount is a separate offer and is not part of the prize draw. It is available to new subscribers only, can be used once per customer, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Existing subscribers and those who enter by email under section 4 do not receive the welcome discount. Entering the draw does not require a purchase, and using the discount does not improve your chance of winning.

7. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by 7 November 2026. The Promoter's decision is final.

8. Notifying the winner
The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not reply within 14 days of being contacted, or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may select an alternative winner at random.

9. Publicity
The winner's first name and county will be available on request by emailing info@hobbster.co.uk for one month after the Closing Date. The winner may be asked, but is not required, to take part in publicity such as a photo in their hoodie. The winner can object to their details being shared by contacting the Promoter.

10. Your data
Personal data collected in this giveaway will be used to run the giveaway and deliver the prize. If you signed up to Hobbster emails, we will also send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing after the Closing Date will not affect your entry. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Social media
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release Meta from any liability relating to the giveaway.

12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, and will give notice where possible. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. By entering, you agree to these terms.

13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
