Send us one photo and we'll design the cover around your dog. It's a funny, personal gift for anyone who knows exactly what their dog gets up to when nobody's looking, and it's guaranteed to get a laugh from visitors.

The covers in the photos are examples we've made for other dogs. Yours is designed from scratch around your own dog's photo and name.

How it works

1. Send us your photo - type your dog's name and upload a photo using the box just above the Add to basket button.
2. Add to basket - pick your size and check out as usual.
3. We design your cover - we put your dog on the front of In the Doghouse, add their name and headlines, and email you a proof within up to 3 working days.
4. Approve and we print - reply to approve your proof or let us know what to change. Two rounds of changes are included. Once you're happy, it goes to print and is delivered to your door.

Your photos are private and secure

• You upload your photo through a secure Dropbox link (no Dropbox account needed), straight into Hobbster's private folder.
• Only the Hobbster team can see it. Other customers never can.
• Dropbox encrypts your files during upload and in storage.
• We only use your photo to make your cover, and we never share or sell it.
• Your photo is permanently deleted 30–60 days after your order is delivered, or sooner if you ask.

Tips for the best cover

• Send the original, full-size photo, not one saved from WhatsApp, Facebook or a screenshot, as those are shrunk and can print blurry.
• Upright (portrait) photos suit a magazine cover best. Guilty faces are very welcome.
• Daylight works best, ideally in open shade or on a cloudy day.
• Make sure your dog's eyes are sharp. Take a few and send the clearest.
• Leave some space around your dog so we can crop neatly.
• Don't worry about the background - we remove it and place your dog on the cover.

We check every photo before we start, and if yours won't print sharply we'll let you know and suggest another.
